Who created this site and why? Kristin Day created this website. It was created because Kristin was getting ready to put a property on the market when real estate law changed. Recognizing the value in offering to pay the buyer’s agent’s compensation, Kristin both agreed to offer compensation and wanted to advertise the compensation.
With the change in rules, no place was available to advertise the BAC offer, so she created one! My friends, as sellers, you have freedom of speech on your side.
